Enrollment of Students Under Suspension or Expulsion in Preceding School District
Pursuant to Section 2-3.13a of the School Code, this District shall not enroll a student who is under suspension or expulsion in the school district in which the student was previously enrolled until such time as the duration of the suspension or expulsion imposed by the school district of prior enrollment is completed. In the alternative, the Board reserves the right to accept the student for enrollment, but place the student in an alternative school program for the remainder of the suspension or expulsion.
