• District 113 is developing a five-year strategic plan to guide future decision-making.  Community involvement has been crucial as we strive for continuous improvement.  The District has utilzed a robust, inclusive process that involves parents/guardians, staff, students and community members/organizations from the very beginning.

To ensure consistency, continuity and an unbiased perspective, all of our focus groups have been facilitated by Felicity Educational Services. The District’s goal is to complete the data collection process by the end of November to ensure adequate time for a thorough critical review of the draft document prior to finalizing and rolling out the new strategic plan in April 2017.

A timeline of the work is included on this page.
