Human Rights Club
Human Rights Club seeks to promote and protect all human rights. Students research then share knowledge with the DHS community, promoting actions on behalf of victims of human rights violations. Members take action only on issues they believe in. The club is active all year. Students can join in whenever their time permits, and they can always be active via email and online options. Meetings are held weekly on Mondays, after school in Q104. Students plan awareness campaigns at the school and occasionally work with groups from other high schools or travel to Chicago for a special event. All students are welcome.
