Ms. Siegel has been a school counselor at Highland Park High School since 2003, assisting students with academic planning for college as well as all parts of their college application processes. In addition to working with all her HPHS students and families, she is fluent in Spanish and enjoys working with Spanish-speaking students and their families. Additionally, she teaches English as a Second Language in our District during summers.
Ms. Siegel belongs to the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC) and Illinois Association of College Admission Counseling (IACAC) and has completed training from The Academy for College Admissions Counseling. She holds a B.S. in Secondary Education from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an M.S. in School Counseling from Indiana University-Bloomington. In addition, Ms. Siegel has been a resident of Highland Park for over twenty years and enjoys working and living in our community. Both of her children attend(ed) Highland Park High School.
