TICKET SALES

All tickets must be purchased online through 5 Star from Friday, April 12th at 8 a.m. until Monday, April 22nd at 4 p.m. We cannot accommodate late purchases. Tickets are $135 each. If you need financial assistance, please contact Mr. Verisario (bverisario@dist113.org). There are no refunds on ticket purchases after Friday, May 3rd at 3:00 p.m. Should you require a refund prior to the deadline, please email Mr. Verisario (bverisario@dist113.org).

GUESTS

If you are bringing a guest who is a DHS student, you will purchase the ticket through 5 Star. If you are bringing a guest that is from a school other than DHS, you must know their full name and name of the school. This form must be completed and submitted to the Deans' Office prior to the event. All guests must be 20 years or younger to attend.

BUS

All attendees will take a coach bus from the Sachs Center to Prom and back. You must arrive and check-in between 6:15 p.m. and 6:45 p.m. Buses will leave promptly at 7:00 p.m. Buses will return to the Sachs Center at approximately 11:30 p.m.

The Deans’ Office is here to help ensure that everyone has a safe and fun Prom experience.  As we do every morning now, students will scan in to gain entry to the event. Please have your school ID or IC App available. One additional measure we will be taking to ensure everyone’s safety is to conduct a search of purses/bags, coat/jackets and all pockets (pulled out) before boarding the bus. We appreciate your patience as we get you to Prom safely.

 

MENU

While we will not be serving items with peanuts or tree nuts and can try to accommodate special requests for meals that don't contain other allergens, the Loews Hotel has a shared kitchen where traces of all allergens and cross contamination are possible. Please contact Mrs. Brownell at mbrownell@dist113.org or Mrs. Doktor at kdoktor@dist113.org for allergy related questions.

 

Salad:

• Traditional Caesar salad with roasted tomatoes and a focaccia crouton with caesar dressing

Entrees (choice of one):

• Lemon and basil marinated breast of chicken, aged Tillamook cheddar cheese and scallion Risotto cake, baby vegetables (GF)

• Grilled filet mignon with caramelized shallot, aged Tillamook cheddar cheese and scallion Risotto cake, baby vegetables  (GF)

• Pasta primavera with penne pasta with assorted seasonal vegetables and pesto (vegetarian/vegan)

 

TABLE SIGN-UP

Table sign up will occur IN PERSON on Wednesday May 1st during lunch periods. More details are available on this form.

 

PROM COURT

Nomination forms will be sent through student email on April 26th and are due April 30th. All nominations must include correctly spelled first and last names.
