All Texts with Unique Link to D113 Survey on School Security Have Been Sent; Deadline to Complete is 11:59 p.m., Sunday, May 28

Dear District 113 Parents/Guardians, Students, and Staff, 

Summary 

• Texts with unique links to the survey on school security have been sent by the research firm to all the cell phone numbers D113 provided in the contact file
• The text with a unique link came from a (773) number
• The text said: “Hello, it's Research-Polls. Click the link to take the D113 survey on school security” followed by your unique link
• The deadline to submit your survey is 11:59 p.m., Sunday, May 28

The research firm has sent text messages to all cell phone numbers District 113 provided. The cell phone numbers in the contact file shared by District 113 are those provided to us by parents/guardians and staff.

If you have checked your phone for a text with a unique link but you still have not received it, the problem is because of one of the following three reasons. 

• You may have blocked or unsubscribed from texts sent from the research firm 
• You may have filters set on your phone to limit notifications of texts to senders in your contact list; for directions to unblock messages from contacts not in your contact list are online 
• There is an error in the number you provided

If you have checked your phone for the text and none of the three above conditions apply:

• You must fill out this short form AS SOON AS POSSIBLE but no later than 9 a.m., Thursday, May 25. This tight deadline is necessary to allow District 113 time to verify your number, and the research firm time to resend the link and tabulate the results for presentation at the Board meeting on Tuesday, May 30. 

The D113Secure@dist113.org email remains open.

• El texto decía: “Hello, it's Research-Polls. Click the link to take the D113 survey on school security” seguido de su enlace exclusivo
• La fecha límite para enviar su encuesta es el domingo 28 de mayo a las 23:59.

La firma de investigación ha enviado mensajes de texto a todos los números de teléfono celular proporcionados por el Distrito 113. Los números de teléfono celular en el archivo de contacto compartido por el Distrito 113 son los que nos proporcionaron los padres/tutores y el personal.

Si ha buscado en su teléfono un mensaje de texto con un enlace único pero aún no lo ha recibido, el problema se debe a una de las siguientes tres razones. 

• Es posible que haya bloqueado o cancelado la suscripción a los mensajes de texto enviados por la empresa de investigación.
• Puede tener filtros configurados en su teléfono para limitar las notificaciones de mensajes de texto a los remitentes en su lista de contactos; para obtener instrucciones para desbloquear mensajes de contactos que no están en su lista de contactos están en línea
