Welcome to the Chess Club & Team!

Chess is a competitive organization which provides students with the opportunity to learn and develop skills in this challenging activity.  We compete with other HPHS students on their ability level and we compete as a team with other high schools in this area.  We also attend a state tournament that is held in Peoria, IL in February.  This club has open meetings weekly after school and we invite new members to drop in any time.
