CST April 23, 2021.  All sealed proposals shall be mailed or hand-delivered to Mr. Brian Ahmer, Director of Operations & Facilities, by 2:00 P.M. CST, on May 7, 2021, at the District’s Administrative Office located at 1040 Park Avenue West, Highland Park, IL 60035.
