Equity Roadmap

Purpose:

• This map serves as a high-level plan to help identify our overarching objectives and capture the major steps to achieve them – completing the roadmap will support a team's case for undertaking specific action toward their main objective and will paint a clear picture of how these underlying activities interconnect to bring the desired outcome.

• This map also serves as a communication tool that conveys our strategy – when sharing the strategy of an initiative, a roadmap shows direction, visualizes timing, and helps drive conversations with key parties around challenges in a transparent manner.
