April 12 and April 13 District 113 BOE-DEA Collective Bargaining Update

Dear District 113 Community,

The Board and DEA Bargaining Teams met on April 12 and April 13, 2023, for the eleventh and twelfth bargaining sessions. The teams reached tentative agreement on vacancies and promotions, and continued discussion on working conditions. The DEA shared an initial proposal on Salary, Fringe Benefits, and Retirement. The next session is scheduled for April 20, 2023. 

Members of the bargaining unit will continue to receive email updates about the collective bargaining process. These updates will also be available on the District's website.
