• District 113 will be hosting a COVID-19 vaccine clinic for students ages 16 and older. In order to run the clinic, the instructional schedule has been adjusted to accommodate the number of students and parents who will be onsite. Details on the changes to each school’s schedule are below.

On April 16 at 5 p.m. the portal will open to register for a vaccine appointment. Unlike other processes this year, this time it is students who must go into the portal to schedule the appointment. After reading through all of the following information, please go to the link sent out through IC messenger to thoes eligible to register.

For students who have not received the first dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine, you are registering for the pair of dates in either Option 1 or Option 2. The appointment time you select will be the same on both dates.

For students who have already received the first dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine and need the second, you will complete the registration process and the Health Services Office for your school will follow up with you individually to determine when during the clinic you can be scheduled for your second dose.

The portal to schedule your appointments will close at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, April 21.
