District Mission

Non-Discrimination Notice

In Township High School District 113, we believe in treating every student and member of our community with fairness and respect. Our commitment to this principle is unwavering. We want to make it clear that we do not discriminate against anyone based on their race, color, national origin, sex, disability, or age in any of our school programs or activities. We also ensure equal access to participation for the Boy Scouts and other designated youth groups.

If you ever feel that you or your child has experienced discrimination or harassment, including violations of Title IX (a law prohibiting sex-based discrimination in education), we want to know about it. We have a fair and efficient process to address such concerns through a grievance procedure.

You can file a grievance with any District Complaint Manager, and you can request a Complaint Manager of the same sex or gender identity if that makes you more comfortable. The Complaint Manager may ask you to provide a written statement explaining the nature of the complaint, or they may request a meeting with you and your parent(s)/guardian(s) if you're a student. Rest assured that the Complaint Manager will assist you throughout the process.

To learn more about our commitment to non-discrimination, our administrative procedures, and to find contact information for our Non-Discrimination and Title IX Coordinators, as well as Complaint Managers, please explore the links provided below.
