The Township High School District 113 Strategic Plan
Superintendent Dr. Chala Holland and the Board of Education partnered with Catalyst for Educational Change (CEC) to develop a new Strategic Plan for District 113, which was approved in June of 2025. With input from students, staff, families and community partners, the plan establishes a clear roadmap for the future, reflecting our shared vision, embracing collaboration, and ensuring every student benefits from an equitable and exceptional educational experience.

Portraits
As part of the development of the D113 Strategic Plan, skills and competencies describing the Portrait of a D113 Student, Staff, Families and District were identified. The work to clarify and define the skills and competencies outlined in the Portrait is taking place this fall. To view the progress on the Portrait of D113 Student, click the button below. Next semester, work will begin on the Portrait of D113 Staff.
Goals and Updates
Under the dropdown tabs below, the updates provided to the Board can be found. The cadence for providing goal update reports to the Board is three times per year for the next five years, with full implementation set for June 30, 2030.
