Incoming Freshmen - Join Cross Country!

The boys cross country team can't wait to meet the next crop of freshmen. We have a great team, but don't be fooled into thinking you need to be a good runner to join. It doesn't matter if you're a rockstar runner or have never run a step before, you're wanted here!

The first practice is on Monday, August 7th. If you're out of town for the first few practices, that's okay. You can start coming when you're home.

Unsure if you want to join? No problem. You can come try a few practices and see if you like it. No commitment necessary, and you'll never know if you don't try. A majority of our runners were unsure when they first started and are grateful they gave it a shot.

Parents, want to see what Deerfield Boys Cross Country is all about? It's hard to put into words, but here's our best shot.
