Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)

To request information and public records under the Freedom of Information Act, please submit a request to the District 113 Freedom of Information Officers listed below via mail, or via e-mail to foia@dist113.org.

Fees to be charged

• No fees for the first 50 pages of black and white letter or legal size copies
• After 50 pages of black and white letter or legal size copies, $.10 per page may be charged
• Any copies in color may be charged at $.50 per page
• Any copy in a size other than legal or letter, $.50 per page may be charged.
