• Maintaining and replacing infrastructure are ongoing, expensive tasks. In addition to infrastructure, other areas of both schools need significant repairs, highlighted by the increasing limited uses and structural issues of the library at HPHS and the inoperative auditorium at DHS. Undertaking those major construction projects along with infrastructure and the other top three priorities at each campus, the cost would be $227.7 million.
