Temporary Student Record File Destruction
In accordance with the Student School Records Act, student temporary records must be destroyed five years after a student has graduated, transferred or withdrawn from the school. The Class of 2014 files will be destroyed on October 4, 2019.
You have the right to obtain the file prior to being destroyed. These files may include registration paperwork, standardized test scores, etc. These files DO NOT include transcripts or proof of enrollment.
Please contact Kelly Schaffner, Registrar, at 224-765-2005 if you would like to schedule an appointment to pick up your file. All files must be picked up by Friday, October 4, 2019. If someone other than yourself will be pick up the file, they must bring an ID and a signed release from you.
