o Define the necessary action(s) and their goals. o Align with the Learner-Centered Principles and the District beliefs. o Create a timeline for taking action. o Assign responsibility for the communication plan. o Determine data collecting and documentation methods and responsibilities. Collaboration between the district point person and Long-Range Plan Steering Committee is ongoing.
