Critical Inquiry Process for the a Learned-Centered System


Discovery Phase (Back to Implementation Process Model)

 

  • Examine the source and impetus of the inquiry (i.e. data, critical incident, policy).
  • Analyze the areas impacted by what is to be examined.
  • Define the parameters of the inquiry:

Resources – human, financial, material

o       Timeline

o       Team membership – stakeholder interest, expertise, diverse voices

o       Level of autonomy in decision-making

·         Frame the question.

Collaboration between the district point person and Long-Range Plan Steering Committee is ongoing.
