The Deerfield High School Science Department trains young adults to become scientifically literate in the fields of biology, chemistry and physics. Our laboratory-based curriculum focuses on critical thinking, deductive reasoning and authentic investigations in all areas of science. We offer courses in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Geology and an elective course in Forensic Science at all levels of ability.
