in X-202, the DHS Mathematics Lab is staffed
all day, from 7:20 AM- Early Bird, until 4:15 PM,
with Mathematics Teacher Aides or Teachers.

Students
who have missed class, or who do not understand an important
concept from the classroom, are encouraged to “fill
in the gaps” on a more personal level
in the Mathematics Lab

Help
is available at two teacher desks on a “first
come, first serve” basis

Large
round tables allow students plenty of space to work,
either quietly alone or together in groups

A library of reference mathematics books and
solution manualsare always available for student
use in the lab area

computer terminals are available for student use

Study
carrels are used for private, make-up testing

Students
also improve their skills via‘math labs’, which
are assigned by their teachers for practice on specific mathematics
review topics
