• Opening DHS Homeroom Calendar in Outlook
  1. While viewing your Outlook Calendar, click on the Open a Shared Calendar link in your Navigation Pane.
  2. Type in DHS Homeroom Calendar, click OK.
  3. The Homeroom calendar will appear to the side of any calendar already in view. Also, it will appear in the “Other Calendars” section of the Navigation Pane for easy reference later.
