As is true
with any content in any course at DHS, parents may choose to
exempt their
child from any classroom activity in Freshman Advisory.
Curriculum for Freshman Advisory and monthly calendars can
be found on the Deerfield High School website. It is the parents’ responsibility
to notify the teacher of their desire for a student not to
participate in any part of a particular unit of study. The teacher
will then
provide an alternative option to that particular unit. Board
