THEORY |
If
you enjoy listening to music and would like to learn more about
it, this course is for you! You don’t even have to be
able to read music or play an instrument. The two main topics
covered are theory (writing scales and chords) and literature/history
(classical, jazz and rock). Everything done in class is designed
to teach you how to compose your own original music. You will
also learn how to work a four-track tape recorder and the computer
music studio. Music Theory is highly recommended for those students
planning to major or minor in music in college. |
