Audits
Auditing a course is a privilege which may be granted to a student under special circumstances. Those circumstances include such needs as: remediation to meet prerequisites for subsequent courses, opportunities for learning experiences outside of the usual curriculum sequence, or adjustment for transfer students. Auditing is not intended to replace the pass/fail option.
No academic credit will be assigned for this work, and it will not meet
any graduation requirement Students will still be required to meet
the expectations of the course by daily attendance in class, completing
all homework, and taking all tests.
The initial step in auditing a course is to contact the department chair
to discuss an audit agreement. Then see your counselor for more
information.
