President: Joanne Davies
• Presides over meetings and all Booster Club functions

Vice President: Susan Bromberg
• Assists the President, reviews over bylaws

Treasurer: Randi Glass
• Creates budget, handles all monies, and prepares monthly report

Secretary: Steve Fukuda
• Takes minutes at monthly meetings
• Emails to members prior month’s minutes

Member-at-Large: Larry Teter
• Works with the Administrative Director on scholarships

General Board

Membership Committee Co-Chairs: Larry Chambers & Mindy Ruby
• Collects club dues
• Sends out decal, activity pass, and booklet to new members
• Creates and maintains a data base of all members
• Supplies rosters to sports reps of their team’s members

Clothing Committee Chair: Susan Bromberg
• Orders merchandise to be sold by the club
• Keeps accurate records of inventory – purchased and sold items
• Coordinates volunteers for sale of merchandise at games and other events

Sports Representative Chair: Justin Joseph
• Liaison between the Booster Club and a specific sport team

Fundraising Committee Co-Chairs: Randi Mayer
• Oversees the Club’s various fundraising events
• Determines dates & budgets for each event
• Coordinates volunteers to run each event
• Collects silent auction items

Corporate Sponsorship Committee Chair: John McGuire
• Contacts corporate advertisers for the Club’s scrolling LED sign
• Oversees installation of ads for scrolling LED sign
