The
Deerfield High School Booster Club annually offers scholarships
for two male and two female Warrior athletes. The purpose of
the scholarships is to recognize student athletes
nominated by their coaches who have consistently demonstrated
positive leadership within the DHS athletic programs.
The following lists the criteria for the DHS Booster Club Scholarships:

Candidate
is presently a Senior student who participated in athletics at
Deerfield High School

Has never
had an Athletic code violation while attending DHS
-
Demonstrates
consistent and positive leadership
-
Exhibits
both school and community involvement

Plans to
attend a college, university, or trade school following his/her
graduation from Deerfield
High School
-
All
nominated students must complete a Booster Club Scholarship
resume that:

Lists
the activities, honors, and community service projects they undertook
as a student a DHS.

Write a
brief summary of career goals
The
DHS Booster Club awards these scholarships based upon the
above criteria and the winners are announced at the Deerfield
High
School Honors Award Night.
