Legat Architects, Waukegan, Illinois has been selected to work with the District to complete the facility improvement projects.  Each high school has a Design Review Team composed of students, community members, faculty, support staff and administrators.  This fall the Design Review Teams will work with the architects and focus groups to develop recommendations for schematic designs for each project.  Once final design schemes are approved by the Board of Education, specifications and construction documents will be completed.  Phase I construction is projected to begin in June of 2000.
